You were aware from my very comprehensive presentation at the Bilash that this year's competition resulted in a three way tie for first place. We decided that we needed an outright winner and set about agreeing a set of scoring laws that produced a single winner for this and future years. The scoring was agreed before applied to this years results. I'm now able to confirm the final places.......
1st Jake and Nick F
2nd Nick P and Pete F
3rd Matt F and Dave C
4th Matt Austin and Justin P
5th Chris T and Jay D
6th Jack D and Steve T
7th Barry P and Jon G
8th Simon P and Matt Y
9th Bob F and Ian J
10th Phil P and Ed F
Congratulations to Jake and Nick on their win. The trophy has already been engraved so to avoid any appeal, but would be delighted to share my workings if anyone is interested!
Looking at the diary for this year - I would suggest Wednesday 30th December. If anyone has any objections to this date please let me know. |

I object to the 30th Dec - it's the day before New Year's Eve - not sure my liver will cope!
More gin sir? |
